Comcast has millions of customers and operates the complete infrastructure that delivers services to households across the United States. When a customer calls for support and the agent cannot solve their problem, a technician is dispatched. Many technical support visits, however, could be solved elsewhere in the network before a technician is sent which would improve customer satisfaction and save time and money for the company.
