Shivam Bansal is VP, Global Field Technology at H2O.ai. He leads the team behind pre-sales, post-sales, customer engagement, training and machine learning engineering. He works with executives to turn business goals into AI applications with clear metrics, and with pre-sales, customer success and marketing to shape each use case into a working solution.Shivam has built end-to-end AI solutions across banking, insurance, retail, healthcare and manufacturing. His skills span data science, machine learning, AI applications and full-stack engineering, and he has built and led teams from the ground up.Shivam is a Kaggle Triple Grandmaster in datasets, notebooks and discussions, and a Competition Master with five competition wins and ten Kaggle awards. He has held the world #1 and #2 ranks in Kaggle datasets and notebooks. He graduated as valedictorian with a master's degree from the National University of Singapore, where he also won the Global Fintech Challenge and the Innovation Challenge.
