Powerful. Essential. Adaptive. Transparent.
Sri Ambati, Founder & CEO, H2O.ai
We believe in AI for Good. We point math at the hardest problems facing people and the planet, from cancer to climate change, and keep it open so it belongs to everyone.
Water gives life. It grows the crops, keeps the cities running, and makes the world as we know it possible. Without it, life stops. AI is becoming the same for every organization: nothing grows without it.
That is also what makes it dangerous. Nations have gone to war over water, because whoever controls it controls everyone downstream.
But we believe AI needs to be open and sovereign, owned by everyone, not rationed by a few.

Four principles guide how we build AI, so it stays accessible, accountable, and trustworthy.
These are the traits we value most in each other, and look for in every person we hire. They aren’t a poster on the wall. They’re who we are when the work is hard, how we show up for the people who depend on us, and why this still feels like a movement, not just a company.
H2O.ai builds AI for organizations, both generative AI agents and predictive models, that they can deploy, govern, and own end to end on their own infrastructure. Its platform spans open-source machine learning, automated model building (AutoML), and enterprise generative AI.
